This section of the CZ Forum is dedicated to discussion of the second 75/85 series compact pistol, the CZ 75D PCR Compact. There are also separate Clubs for the other 75/85 series compacts. The PCR was the first CZ to feature alloy, rather than all-steel, construction. Ceska Zbrojovka designed this model for the
Police of the
Czech
Republic.
In Europe, this pistol is often called the CZ 75D Compact, which is somewhat confusing, since the P-01 has also been marked with this model name for Europe. The Novak-style sights are a give-away that the model is indeed a "PCR."
