I am experiencing numerous FTE from my 75D Compact.  I believe I have isolated the problem with the following:  From a full 14 rd magazine, the first round chambers well but the next round is being pulled forward in the magazine about 1/4".  I believe that is causing interference when the slide tries to come back to eject the fired shell and load the next.  This can happen as many as 2 or 3 times, usually within the first 5-8 rounds.  It seems to happen on both the magazines I use (factory mags fm CZ). Can I get a shoutout about anyone else having this problem and a possible solution?

Tell us about the ammunition, the recoil spring, and the magazine (does it happen with every magazine you own/use).  thank you.

is your magazine fully inserted?  i found that the extra spring tension from having 14 rounds loaded makes pushing that last 1/4 inch (where the slide pushes on the top of the stack) just enough more stiff that if you don't give a good slap to the floorplate after the magazine is in, it might not latch, and cause FTE and FTF.

This is also one of the jams I experienced with Winchester USA Ball.  Three times out of a hundred round box. I thought that the problem was light charge or an extractor that is not griping the rim of the shell case properly.  I switched to Federal Ball and went about 600 rounds before this FTE surfaced one time.  I am absolutely meticulous about cleaning around and under the extractor. I use watchmakers Loupe and dental pick and finally gun scrubber to make sure that this breech and extractor area are 100% clean.

Glock and XD have never jammed and don't get so carefully cleaned.  IDPA match shooters rave about how reliable the Glocks are and I would have to agree. Some folks have really excellent results with their CZ pistols. like  my 2004 model P-01 which was quite reliable. I guess it is the luck of the draw.

All parts factory as shipped. Ammo is WWB and, as stated, jams occur with either factory magazine I use, usually within the first 5-8 rounds.

Seems like it would be best to call CZ-USA Service Dept.  and ask about repair of the problem. Your is more than an occasional jam.   I for one would be very interested in the results. You might ask the factory service if they have a shipping label to mail them the gun at a reduced or no cost to you. I am not sure about their shipping policy.
