Very nice. Where did you get those grips? Are they a particular style? Those are what I have in mind for mine except I need them in Ash to go with the OD green finish.

Thanks Grips are from http://marschalgrips.com/ They are walnut, checked w/ thumb rest with a oil finish. |

I think I like the original grips better. After staring at it for a long time. But the wood looks good as well. I like the wood grips better when it was all black. I may just sell the wood and keep the originals. |

btw, do some of them come with the flat baseplate for the mags? or are those from another models mags?

Another one. i've never been a big fan of wood grips on a semi-auto (no one smite me! as i seem to be outnumbered) but those look really good. very nice. |

The wood grips are "almost" too pretty for a shooter. I'm kind of partial to the tactile feel of the rubber variants on my carry pieces.
Nonetheless, they are indeed gorgeous!
